The EGC-550V boasts a maximum output of 550kW and continuous output of 500kW. The generator is powered by a 796-horsepower, turbocharged Volvo diesel engine. Fuel tank capacity is 800 gallons. The generator is compartmentalized into two sections: engine/control room and cooling room and has acoustical barrier sound insulation throughout the interior of the container.
Silent Running - Custom engineered exhaust and cooling system and layers of sound attenuating insulation reduce further noise. Built with the operator in mind.
